In this role, will lead HHH’s digital storytelling and online presence, ensuring our mission reaches and inspires a global audience. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and fundraising team, this role will turn our impact into compelling content that grows awareness, engagement, and donor support.
Key Responsibilities:
Create monthly content plans & engaging social media content.
Schedule and publish posts across platforms.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure social media accurately reflects HHH's work and impact.
Grow follower engagement, and foster an online community of supporters.
Identify opportunities to build meaningful conversations with supporters, partners, and community members.
Track key metrics and use insights to improve future content.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative operations.
Spearhead the engagement of the Board of the Directors and relevant stakeholders in updating the organization's strategic plan
Support volunteer coordination efforts and assisting with community-facing tasks.
Draft, proofread, and execute official communications, marketing collateral, social media copy, newsletters, posters, and email blasts.
Ensure confidential records and time-sensitive materials are maintained, updated, and handled with strict professionalism.

The Director of Programs provides strategic leadership and oversight for HHH's programs and ensures that our initiatives are well planned, effectively delivered, aligned with HHH's mission, and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of HHH's programs and initiatives.
Support the development of annual program plans, objectives, timelines, and priorities.
Identify opportunities to strengthen, expand, or improve existing programs.
Help assess community needs and identify opportunities for future programs and partnerships.
Monitor program activities and identify challenges, risks, or resource gaps.
Work with Marketing & Communications to translate program results into compelling impact stories and donor communications.
